Effect Description
Once per session, the wielder may roll 1d2 after receiving the results on one of their MRPs, following the below chart.
Heads (1): The effective strength of the result is 'doubled'. (Note that doubled is intended to be vague, not all cases will follow exactly double).
Tails (2): The result of the rp is nullified completely.
If this artifact ever comes up heads Heads three times in a row, it upgrades a tier. If it comes up Tails three times in a row, it downgrades a tier.
